CBI's primary job is to take the owner's concept and design a structure with all the approriate engineering in place to satisfy local guidelines. When a design is complete, CBI then submit a set construction drawing to local building departments for review and approval. Once approved and once a contractor has been selected, the project can be proceed with construction under the careful watch of CBI.

3D visualization is the linework found in its architectural drawings. Clients need 3D image to get an optimal visualization of the building. During schematic design phase, CBI provide their clients with concept sketches by hand or 3D software, as well as feasibility studies based on site and building code restriction. see sketch & 3D

Naturally, every project owner starts from a different outlook. Some have had vast experience with design and construction and know what they want and how to go about getting it. In the other side many have much less experience. Whatever your situation, it makes sense to begin with some self-examination to assess what you already know about your project and what you establish with our help.
